Sausage Breakfast Casserole

1 lb pork sausage: cooked, drained and crumbled

4 c. browned hash browns

2 c. shredded cheese

2 cans evaporated milk

10 large eggs, lightly beaten

1 tsp. dry mustard

¼ tsp. onion powder

¼ tsp. black pepper

salt to taste

Mix everything together (except cheese). Top with cheese. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
