Crepes

2 beaten eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1 cup flour
1 tbsp cooking oil
1/4 tsp. salt

Combine ingredients; beat until well mixed. Heat a lightly greased 6 inch skillet. Spoon in two tablespoons batter. Lightly brown on one side.

*For dessert crepes, use two tbs of sugar in place of the salt.
