2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 cup oil
2 cups pumpkin (about 1/2 of a 29 oz can)
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
6 oz mini chocolate chips
(Either)
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cloves
1/2 nutmeg
1/2 tsp allspice
(Or)
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Mix all ingredients together and bake on a cookie sheet (with at least 1 inch sides) or a jelly roll pan @ 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
Frositng:
3/4 cup softened butter
1 tbs milk
3 oz softened cream cheese
3 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Cream together and spread on cooled bars.
